RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have been directed to this page due to your interest in returning a purchased product or exchanging for different model, size or color.
PLEASE NOTE: LOGO OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Please print and complete the CUSTOMER RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM, and include it with your return shipment.
On the outside of the box please write the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) that has been assigned to your return.
Products must be return in new, unused condition to avoid being assessed a restocking fee. This entails dirt stains, stained thread, stained handles, etc.
Please return products utilizing the poly bag and shipping box.
Utilize the return label that you were emailed to send the product back on E-SeaRider UPS/FEDEX shipping account for discounted shipping rates.
Customer is responsible for all applicable return shipping costs when utilizing a E-SeaRider provided label, and this amount will be deducted from the refund. Customer does have the option to return the product at their own expense if they choose. Please note that you have chosen that option on the return form. Customer has 3 choices in exchanging a product:
Option 1: Return the product "FULL". Customer is responsible for all incurred shipping costs in facilitating the exchange. The cost of shipping a "full" product one way is in the email with the return label. Upon receipt of the return product, E-SeaRider will invoice customer for any product difference costs and shipping cost. Once invoice is paid, exchange product will ship.
Option 2: Customer can empty the product of beads, and ship the "empty" cover. The cost of shipping an "empty" product is much cheaper than "full". USPS flat rate box ($20)
A. E-SeaRider ships a "empty" cover back to customer. Customer refills the product with the beads they kept. E-SeaRider will cover the cost of the shipping to send the new cover back to customer.
B. E-SeaRider sends the new product back "full". Please note this option will incur shipping costs and a customer will receive a reduced return product credit for the beads that were kept ($20-$30 size dependent). We highly recommend that any beads removed are kept and NOT disposed of. You can either use these for "fluff up" in the future on our products.
Option 3: Customer doesn't have the shipping boxes, but wants to exchange and they do not want to exercise Option 2 We recommend purchasing the new products on the site and then retaining the shipping boxes to send the original products back in the shipping box for a refund. We will refund your original order within 5 days of receipt of product after we have completed our quality assurance inspection.
REMOVING BEADS FROM A PRODUCT: Please read the product manual included above for instructions on how to properly open your zipper.
