Please understand the importance of following these instructions to avoid wasteful spending both for the seller and the buyer. The average cost of shipping a product as large as ours across the country is well over $40 each way. Your order was FBM, "fulfilled by merchant" which means your product was made by hand and shipped by a Florida company. In order for us to maintain the level of quality and keep our products affordable we must diligently enforce policies that protect both the seller and our loyal customers. 

1. I understand my return will be fully and completely inspected in the E-SeaRider facility prior to any refunds initiated to verify the product qualifies for a refund. 

2. Product(s) returned must be in NEW, UNUSED condition free of any dirt, stains, thread discoloration, handle discoloration, water, cuts, vinyl blemishes. Failure to comply will result in a restocking fee.

3. Product(s) will be returned in ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX and protected with the poly bag. If you do not have the "original shipping box", please contact us directly at 727-863-3333 to discuss options. 

4. E-SeaRider provides a prepaid return label at the cost of $14.99 per label Amazon does not provide a pre paid label, only a USPS mailing label that requires postage.  

Items in used condition, incorrect packaging or oversized packaging may be subject to oversized shipping fees and/or restocking fees. Any fees are at the discretion of seller and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. We may also refuse to accept packaging that has been previously opened with a razor or case cutter. Sharp objects can damage the product upon opening and we encourage buyers to follow box warnings to avoid product damages not due to seller. We may open the package with video to ensure product and packaging quality standards, as well as document any refund deductions to avoid dispute. If you believe damage may be due to the carrier, please notify us so that may properly bill damages to the correct party.  

Unauthorized Shipments or shipments sent 3rd party billing will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept shipments in packages larger than the original packaging dimensions. Exceeding these package dimensions violates labeling agreement with FedEx and will incur extra fee's from the carrier.  in the event package dimensions exceed the approved label dimensions the additional fees incurred be deducted from the refund amount. Most often exceeding these dimensions can be equal to or more than the refund amount itself! Our packages fall just under an oversize threshold and the fee's can be upwards of $125 each for boxes larger than our original packaging.
