Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES FOR JANUARY 2025

Please note that between December 31 and January 5, our warehouse will not be shipping out any orders. You may place your order at any time however your non-custom bean bag orders will ship out January 6, 2025.

Custom bean bag orders purchased after December 24, 2024 through January 6, 2025 will begin to ship out mid January 2025. 

QUICK SHIP COLLECTION: Orders* placed by 3:00 pm EST will ship same day.  *Excluding some sizes.

Small sizes (Childsize) orders placed by 9:00am EST will ship same day.

CUSTOM SHOP COLLECTION: These products are not instock and must be manufactured at the time of order. The current processing time is 6-8 days for custom colored and logo personalization orders.                                                                      

At certain points in the year, such as holidays and fishing season openings, our order volume can affect production and shipping times.
