This is the Round, built your way. Start with the original ESR shape, the easygoing classic everyone aboard already reaches for, then make it unmistakably yours: mix and match colors to build the bag, and add a one-color screen print of your name, your boat’s name, your logo, or your own artwork.

Same three sizes, same classic footprint, same ESR build underneath. Thicker, stronger, better. The vinyl is double the thickness of other brands, and a double-locked stitch and a thread size stronger than other brands stand up to sun, salt, and spray. Full materials and ratings are in Features.

  • Cover: 26 oz, 100% virgin marine vinyl, roughly 1.10mm thick, double-lock stitched with thread 40% heavier than the industry standard.
  • Fill: 100% virgin polystyrene (EPS), water-resistant.
  • Hardware: YKK marine-grade zippers and carry/secure handles on every size.
  • Treatments: mildew-treated and antimicrobial.
  • Care: hose clean, dry flat.
  • Tested to: cold crack at -10°F, 1500-hour Weatherometer, Wyzenbeek heavy-duty abrasion, ASTM D-3690 Class A, MVSS 302, and CA Tech Bulletin 117 Section E.

Custom Colored and Printed products are generally manufactured on Wednesday/Thursday of each week. Depending on your order date you products can ship next day.                                                               

At certain points in the year, such as holidays and fishing season openings, our order volume can affect production and shipping times for Custom Shop Collection products.
